Clouds of smoke over the Grimmel Forest. On a walk, Julia, Henry and Lena discover that part of the forest is on fire. They make an emergency call, the fire brigade arrives and extinguishes the fire. Was it arson? The criminal investigation department examines the scene of the fire and begins an investigation.

But it's not just the fire that worries the animals in Grimmel Forest. The appearance of grey squirrels causes them great excitement. Terrible times are dawning for the squirrels, because the grey squirrels know no mercy.
